L\u2019Obiettivo \u00e8 una <strong>missione<\/strong>, deve indicarci la <strong>direzione<\/strong>: \u201cdove voglio andare? qual \u00e8 la meta? qual \u00e8 l\u2019ambizione che voglio raggiungere?\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span>I Risultati Chiave <\/span><\/strong><span>(KR) sono invece gli <strong>indicatori quantitativi<\/strong> che ci dicono se ci stiamo avvicinando all\u2019obiettivo e rispondono alla domanda \u201ccome?\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span>Il metodo OKR \u00e8 ampiamente utilizzato nel mondo. \u00c8 efficace nelle <strong>Associazioni, nelle Startup, nelle grandi aziende e nelle PMI, nelle Reti di Imprese<\/strong>. Imprenditori e liberi professionisti possono utilizzarlo a livello personale per un impatto positivo sulla loro produttivit\u00e0. \u00c8 un approccio che aiuta a <strong>declinare la strategia aziendale in Obiettivi Annuali e Trimestrali <\/strong>e collegarli ai <strong>team ed alle persone<\/strong>. Gli OKR assicurano che l&#8217;intera organizzazione sia <strong>focalizzata sul raggiungimento delle mete<\/strong> e ottenga <strong>l\u2019impatto desiderato<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span>Gli OKR sono anche un <strong>sistema di Performance Management<\/strong> originato da <strong>Intel<\/strong> che \u00e8 ampiamente adottato da alcune delle pi\u00f9<strong> performanti aziende <\/strong>nel mercato. Sono semplici nella loro essenza: gli OKR aiutano a creare <strong>l\u2019allineamento nei Team<\/strong> di lavoro e la <strong>chiarezza del Business<\/strong> portando chiarezza e focalizzazione sulle cose pi\u00f9 importanti da raggiungere.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Cosa rende gli OKR efficaci<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span>Gli <strong>OKR<\/strong> stanno <strong>rapidamente emergendo<\/strong> in tutto il mondo come uno <strong>dei migliori strumenti<\/strong> per <strong>l&#8217;esecuzione della strategia<\/strong>. Viviamo in un contesto in cui le aziende affrontano <strong>cambiamenti<\/strong> a un ritmo vorticoso: spesso loro <strong>risposte<\/strong> a questi cambiamenti <strong>rimangono lente<\/strong>.
